vit D pills are very safe, even in high quantities, but oily fish is another good source. Or how about cod liver oil - available in capsules or er liquid form - not the best tasting 

well i am not in Israel and in nature there are no miligrams
using pils is not always good option..you should know that ?

Even in sunny Israel people seem to be deficient in vit D. So may be the most reliable source is vit D3 pills. They should be very cheap. 1000  IU or 25 micrograms (daily).

so ..what is a best option
sunlight...we need to spend more time outside ..less in front of

The best Program for making such Explanation Videos is "Camtasia".
I think its $199 or like that :-).

The Point is that i know Ultraedit for Years, i had an very old version long time ago.
So i know its really fast, and that helps when programming.
I guess there are really experienced ASM Programmers behind.
They can take what they want, because for long Time Users there are no Alternatives to UEdit.
However it must be customized to support PB specific functions like Debugging or Compiling, open folder etc.
Otherwise it will not be as fast as it can be. So I would like to see how you do it.
Aside from the price, "Know How" is most important.

I don't have a translation of UI_TBGL_O2c directly in o2, but there are a few examples where the controls are themselves opengl objects, overlayed.In demos/opengl/ these demos begin with Control... What are you planning to do?
