This is the newest bc9Adp2 package.
I am posting here first because it incorporates provisions for using Fred Harris's TCLib and is still in the testing phase.
Fred: There is a newtclib folder in the package which has my tweaked version of your TCLib.

You are correct. The help file is horrid. I was depending on the included FbEdit help file to educate the user but .... NOT!!!
I am hard at work on the last stages of UbxBasic but will update bc9Basic shortly.
