About Vitamin D3, i buy it in Packages for 1 kg each, if you need some i can give you the address where you can get it.
It important to take it together with K2. And if possible also add B12.
Both of these Vitamins have been restricted by AMAZON for their sellers (which is me) at the start of the last pandemic.

The point is, we take 100.000 IE or 500.000 IE once a week, currently.

This is a miss understanding. Ask the TV-News when they started to need "Truth and Fact-Checkers". I did not really change but the world changed.
In earlier years you could openly discuss anything and in teh TV you had Scientists for both sides of an opinion. These days only one opinion is accepted, who is against it is a "Conspiration Theorist".

I must confess I have not had the jab. I believe my immune system is hyperactive and would not benefit from alien substances being injected deep into my flesh. In most countries the injection technique is also flawed. Without an aspiration check before injection, there is a small risk of delivering the vaccine directly into a blood vessel, and this can cause a small number of people, severe and long-lasting illness.
On the other hand, as a diabetic I inject insulin in tiny amounts about 5 times a day, just below the skin. The insulin comes from genetically engineered yeast. I have mixed feelings about tech medical dependency but it has kept me alive and in reasonable health for the last 33 years or so.
I don't care if someone does not vaccinate for whatever reason. What I can't stand is the spreading of misinformation. I'm worried about Theo, who has fallen prey to the conspiracists.
Being already 72 years old, I have some health problems, of course, such high blood pressure, but they are controlled taking a couple of pills and a diet with low intake of carbohydrates, salt and fats (the Spanish sun provides me enough vitamin D :) ). I'm still in good shape and, because I haven't wrinkles (a genetic trait inherited from my mother), everybody thinks that I am six years younger. Also, for some reason, I never have had a side effect, even mild, to any vaccine, in all my life.

I have also had a lot of vaccinations in the past and due to the fact that i did some procedures after these (including sauna on the same day),
I never had immediate problems.
Later i realized however that even these "Normal vaccination" have long term side effects like Allergies.
"Normal" hereby means they really work, you get immune against the desease and you can not infect others.

Since the last Pandemic no natural virus at all can make me afraid.

I think this approach is gradually coming into mainstream nutritional medicine. Vit k2 levels should be ok.Fixing type2 diabetes is simply a matter of diet, but there isn't much on type1, which is now recognized as an autoimmune disease. The Wahls Protocol looks very promising for a wide range of autoimmune conditions.

Standardized autopsies were performed on 25 persons who had died unexpectedly and within 20 days after anti-SARS-CoV-2 vaccination. In four patients who received a mRNA vaccination, we identified acute (epi-)myocarditis without detection of another significant disease or health constellation that may have caused an unexpected death. Histology showed patchy interstitial myocardial T-lymphocytic infiltration, predominantly of the CD4 positive subset, associated with mild myocyte damage. Overall, autopsy findings indicated death due to acute arrhythmogenic cardiac failure. Thus, myocarditis can be a potentially lethal complication following mRNA-based anti-SARS-CoV-2 vaccination. Our findings may aid in adequately diagnosing unclear cases after vaccination and in establishing a timely diagnosis in vivo, thus, providing the framework for adequate monitoring and early treatment of severe clinical cases.

Wikipedia is well known for its biases. I always read Wikipedia first, then evaluate any polemic it throws up, and why it has been inserted into the article. I think the big controversy was Ivermectin, a widely used treatment for killing parasitic worms. It turns out that a low dose is effective in preventing COVID infection but no good for curing COVID once you have it severely.
John Campbell is meticulous in basing his views on the scientific literature of the time, and always gives references, so you can cross-check and form your own opinion.

As a journalist - mostly of culture and the arts, as well as Holocaust-related issues, I am appalled but, sadly, not surprised by the continuing silence of the main media on this. They are used to scaremongering us with giant headlines about some secondary matter or other but, as Mr. Bridgen says, there have been half a million Yellow Card alerts in the UK. Why has no major newspaper or news outlet picked up on that?
I wish Mr. Bridgen well, and hope he survives this important work intact. May we all be happy and healthy... especially you John.

Germany has actually (in January) bought 8 to 12 "vaccinations" for each german.
While they know that many people lost any trust in this pseudo-medicine.
How will they get these Injections into the people?

A good source of intelligent critique, though not an easy read. I think the gist of the criticisms are 'comparing 'apples with oranges' and making misleading inferences. However, I feel that Dr Campbell is broadly correct and would like to see more counter-arguments.
