Even in sunny Israel people seem to be deficient in vit D. So may be the most reliable source is vit D3 pills. They should be very cheap. 1000 IU or 25 micrograms (daily).
well i am not in Israel and in nature there are no miligrams
using pils is not always good option..you should know that ?
vit D pills are very safe, even in high quantities, but oily fish is another good source. Or how about cod liver oil - available in capsules or er liquid form - not the best tasting ;D
It doesn't matter how sunny your country is if you dress like that.
