NEW: Online-Update for the SPR

The current Update brings quite some changes, one of them is the new "Online Update".
Before - when there was a new version - you had to install the new version.
From now, you can just run the "SPR_Update.exe" (inside the current Update that needs to be installed).
And then your Installation will be lifted to the newest level.
